Aloha Garden Information: The Aloha Garden Club began in 1932 when five ladies living along Farmington Road decided to form a garden club. They called themselves "The Happy Gardeners". By 1936 the club had seven members and today there are well over 100 members who contribute knowledge, talent, beauty, and scholarship opportunities for those individuals who wish to pursue horticulture and grow the future. Our club includes men and women of all ages, landscape designers, garden artists, personal and estate gardeners, plant collectors, and of course, garden enthusiasts of all skill levels. Our focus is on serving our local community, especially with our annual plant sale which provides inexpensive plants for our customers and raises funds for grants and scholarships for Washington Country residents and community groups.
