Plant Sale News Update:

Thanks to everyone who contributed time, effort, and plants for our 2018 plant sale! We were able to earn a total of $7,893.14 for our 2019 Grants and Scholarship Fund. Woo-hoo! Way to go Aloha Garden Club members, family, and friends! It is so great that we work together as a team all year with our digging, dividing, potting, and labeling, then come together on a single weekend in April and make it happen. This year, 7 members volunteered for the first time to work at the sale, 50 members were sale veterans, 10 relatives of members helped out in major ways, and 6 high school students kept busy setting up plants on tables on Friday afternoon or worked as Saturday morning carry-out helpers. Thanks to those of you who contributed food, boxes, wagons, or tables, or who shopped at the sale and at our vendors. Thank you to those who gave suggestions to make next year's sale even better, by sending in comments by email or attending our after-safe wrap up meeting.
